POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinate departments (e.g., administrative, operating, sales, and engineering services) directly affecting residents and serve as their liaison with homeowners and residents. Maintain a close relationship with the hotel operations leaders and associated departments, working with all levels of the operation to ensure all aspects of owner's experience meets standards. Maintain knowledge of the Property Owner Association and Condominium Owners Association, including legal and financial aspects. Track daily house counts and expected arrivals/departures as well as unit availability status for any given day. Assist in maintaining all aspects of building maintenance affecting day-to-day operations including elevators, heat, water and life safety systems in residences buildings and standalone units. Manage relationships with vendors. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt resident and guest service (e.g., residential coordinators, runners).
Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks. Cover desk operation at Greeting Center to ensure the operation and shifts are covered properly, supporting the team of coordinators and runners. Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank residents and guests with genuine appreciation. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
