GÖREV TANIMI

- Misafirlere yemek ve alkollü içki servisi yapmak.

- Öngörülen rezervasyon veya servis standartlarına göre masaların hazırlamak.

- Mutfakla menü hakkındaki soruları, bekleme zamanını, geri dönen siparişleri ve kalan ürün durumu hakkında iletişim kurmak.

- Müşterinin yiyecek ve içecek konusunda memnuniyetini kontrol etmek.

- Gün boyunca çalışma yerlerini ve araçlarını (bardak, çatal, bıçak) iyi kullanıp temiz tutmak.
