JOB SUMMARY
Supports high priority work across Global Technology, including: Internal Audit remediation activities, measurement and communication of organizational performance, and support of Global Technology strategic planning. Conducts and supports ad hoc analysis and projects supporting Global Technology priorities. Creates dashboards to communicate key performance metrics tied to major organizational priorities and MBOs. Works closely with other areas within Global Technology to create efficiencies and improve communication across the organization.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Required Experience
- 7+ years' relevant work experience in business and/or Technology operations
- Experience working across all organizational levels internally and with vendors
- Experience in business management, analytics, financial analysis, consulting, or related roles.
- 3+ years creating and delivering presentations, PowerPoint decks, and project plans.
- 2+ years in business analytics and using data to tell stories

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Experience - Experience successfully operating in a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority.
- Consulting/advisory experience.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Solid working knowledge of current IT and Digital technologies across a wide variety of areas

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Internal Audit Remediation - Works closely with Internal Audit and Global Technology teams to identify appropriate remediation path for any relevant audit findings.
- Partners with leaders and teams across Global Technology to review, prioritize, and facilitate resolution of audit findings requiring Global Technology remediation.
- Monitors completion of deliverables and commitments through established programs and processes
- Supports development of executive summaries and other communications for senior leadership.
- Serves as liaison with internal audit leadership and Global Technology stakeholders
Technology Performance Measurement - Supports creation of dashboards with key performance metrics highlighting success of major priorities, opportunity areas, and performance relative to key organizational MBOs.
- Develops clear and concise executive-level summaries to communicate key organizational performance metrics to senior technology leaders.
- Communicates concepts in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand.
Technology Business Management - Conducts ad hoc analysis and manage projects supporting various Global Technology priorities.
