Communicates directly with guests i.e. presents menus, helps with recommendations, receives orders, places orders and handles payments.
Makes herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge).
To adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
Handles guest complaints as per instructions or consults the immediate Supervisor.
Must Have atleast 1 year experience in a similar role and in UAE.
Fluency in English Language,and extra language will be an added advantage.
Preference will be given to those in Dubai and can start immediatelly.
