Job Description For Assistant HR & Training Manager

Key Tasks:

To plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labour and employee relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years Human Resources management experience, preferably in the International Hotel Chain setting
• A strong understanding of labour and employment law
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to train and develop team members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
• Result oriented, innovative, creative & a trendsetter
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Recruit employees; motivate staff, optimizing their performance and their level of productivity. Assess the performance of employees
• Participate in preparing the budget
• Ensure quality of service
