Mitts and Trays began as a home bakery, we've always kept things simple. We only use the finest natural ingredients and our expert team - based in the heart of Dubai - works to proven home recipes to bring you an authentic home-baked flavor. We focused on health as we are committed to health and nutrition. We only use the purest natural ingredients to ensure the best flavour, and our products are free from excessive sugar and any hidden nasties. We only use the best quality flour, milled from specially selected wheat, and 100% natural grains and cereals, to guarantee that distinctive Mitts and Trays taste and texture. Everything at Mitts and Trays is made from scratch from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, there are lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and we even make all our own mayonnaise, dressings and sauces.
