Credit Card reconciliation for Room division department-Front office,Spa,Fitness Center. Using 3C portal for any payment transctions error , reversing and void. Using Imemo application to refund process for Credit card, E pay, Bank transfer and follow up with finance and bank . Make sure to all city ledger closed correctly ,cash refund , rebate for full back up according to finance . Follow up with PM-s which to be close before dead line date. Working well with workflow application for rebate to make sure all rebate uploaded supportive documents.
