AWAKEN THE BLUE DRAGON AT ZHENG HE’S
Special menu launches for the Longtaitou Festival
Dubai, UAE, 3 March 2016: In celebration of the Longtaitou Festival, Zheng He’s, the contemporary Chinese restaurant, invites diners to add fire to their dining experience with new dishes inspired by the traditional Blue Dragon rituals. The themed menu will feature a selection of inspired specialty dishes and creative cocktails, and guests will be wowed by the theatre of duck carving at this traditional Chinese ritual.
The Longtaitou Festival takes place at the start of springtime and according to tradition, the dragon was believed to be responsible for bringing the rains, vital for agriculture. Paying tribute to this festival, Zheng He’s unique dishes will be available in the restaurant from 10 to 20 March, complemented by blue themed explorative cocktails.
