Balance Your Rhythm of Life Workshop
Are you suffering from diabetes, insomnia, high blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma or stress related disorders or addiction to vices such as smoking and drinking? If the answer to any of the above is YES, then head to Balance Wellbeing 360˚ for a rejuvenating experience with Balance Your Rhythm of Life.
The course will cover aspects such as increasing flexibility and immunity, muscular enhancement, lubrication of joints and tendons and reaching an overall sense of personal awareness. The unique 10-day programme will help integrate the practice of yoga, pranayam (breathing techniques) and healthy diet into daily life.
Guruji Krishnan, founder of Rhythm of Life programme, will lead the session. A practitioner of various disciplines of yoga since the age of 14, Krishnan holds a medical license from the Department of Health and Medical Services (DOHMS) Dubai, UAE. A faculty at the American University in Dubai, he teaches yoga to the staff and students.
Unleash the immeasurable powers of the subconscious with the ancient Indian technique that evokes latent mental faculties to induce wellness. Derived from the Sanskrit language, Yoga Nidra refers to a psychic sleep that can eliminate negative energy flows, which are at the root of health problems such as hypertension, depression, insomnia, asthma and digestive disorders. The workshop will also be conducted under the guidance of Guruji Krishnan.
Kundalini is about training your mind and body to activate and transform its energy centres (chakras). Using a combination of postures, chanting, meditation and breathing techniques, Kundalini Yoga helps calm the mind, release tension and provide a full mind-body workout. Practising Kundalini builds strength and focus, giving one the energy to deal with the challenges that modern living poses. Kundalini yoga is safe and can be introduced easily into a busy lifestyle; it aims to provide more energy, as well as enhance creativity, clarity and peace.
The course will be delivered by Hayley Cutler who has been teaching yoga in Dubai since 2010. Hayley also practices Reiki Healing and has studied various healing modalities such as Integrated Hypnotherapy and Theta Healing. She completed her KRI Level 1, Kundalini Yoga Instructors Certification in 2007 from London.
