Bazxar: Getting the DIFC back to business this fall
Bazxar launches Power Breakfast and Business lunch for the new season
UAE, 5 September 2016 – Bazxar, the latest brainchild from Create Hospitality, is a social dining experience offering an eclectic ‘food-market-restaurant-wine-bar’ concept, immersing guests in a culinary journey that draws inspiration from South East Asia, Europe and the Americas. As Dubai gets ‘Back to Business’ this September, Bazxar blends the best of work and play with a flavourful new set business lunch and power breakfast menu. Pull up a chair and enjoy a sanctuary of food, located within walking distance from the office.
Bazxar Business Lunch
Designed with the corporate crowd in mind, Bazxar’s new Business Lunch, served in the elegant Dining Room makes any meeting more pleasurable. Highlights to start include a refreshing watermelon salad served with warm goat cheese and topped with truffle honey or fresh red snapper new style with tiger’s milk and jicama (a delicate raw dish bursting with flavours). Main courses impress with signature dishes including grilled yellowfin tuna contrasted with a celery root puree and dill oil or Black Angus flank marinated in Mexican spices. To finish, the irresistible Bazxar “Cappuccino”, with creamy espresso custard and milk foam, provides the perfect sweet treat, or savour simply fresh cut fruit served with homemade shortbread. As Dubai ups the ante this September, do business the Bazxar way, over seriously good food, at sensible prices. The menu is staggered to cater to a range of appetite levels, or schedules. Options include two courses for AED 98, three courses for AED 118 or four courses for AED 138. Service is relaxed yet efficient and can be served in under an hour if time is restricted.
Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day, and the team at Bazxar take it seriously! Drawing from Bazxar’s distinctive mix of cuisines the menu presents a hearty assortment of dishes to start the day of with a bang. The menu comprises two sections; ‘things with eggs’ & ‘things without eggs’ offering something to suit every palate. Try the ‘Straight-up’ eggs any style on toast, the decadent ‘Bazxar benedict’, poached eggs with a choice of glazed veal belly or smoked salmon, served with arugula béarnaise or ‘The DIFC special’, truffle & chive scrambled eggs served with warm croissant and burrata heart asparagus salad and a glass of Prosecco. For those with a sweet tooth the ‘Belgian waffles’ with maple Chantilly and fresh assorted berries or the ‘Dried cherry bircher’ with orange curd, poached pears finished with a delicate elderflower syrup will curb sugar cravings later in the day!

Bazxar is an exciting new ‘food-market-restaurant-wine-bar’ concept, brought to Dubai by Kunal Lahori’s group, ‘Create Hospitality’, known for its dynamic success with El Sur, Prêt To Go and Meat District. Bazxar takes guests on an inspiring food journey; having painstakingly scoured the globe for all that is under-celebrated. Bazxar opened its doors on the 1st June 2016, and offers the UAE a disruptive approach to dining morning to night, shaking up the industry with a no nonsense approach to fine food and wallet friendly prices.
New tastes, sounds and flavours fire up the imagination, and the deconstructed, industrial interior created by the award winning Bishop Design is the perfect backdrop for the food theatre on display. The interior design features contemporary art with rustic wooden flooring, mesh metal work with brass finishes, and specially designed leather furnishing, complemented by an eclectic mix of textures. Bazxar has already won two design awards.
