Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates –Turquoiz, the beach restaurant and lounge at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, introduces a tantalizing new menu with dishes befitting the upcoming warm weather and the beachside ambience.
The restaurant’s rustic menu features Trio of Salmon, Crab and Salmon Cakes, Smoked Haddock Omelette, Veal Chop and Crab and Ceviche, items that are ideal for casual meal by the beach. Guests can relish the scrumptious new delights together with relaxing lounge beats by DJ Alex Seda and views of the turquoise ocean.
Commenting on the new dishes, Kevin Flemming, the new chef de cuisine at the venue, said “The local seafood is of very high quality and we have tried to include as much as possible in our new menu. Complementing the local produce are items from Europe, mainly Scotland, Ireland and Spain which add extra flavours and twists on our rustic dishes.”
“All our items are prepared and cooked with simplicity with no overpowering flavours in order to let the food speak for itself. We have made sure to cover all tastes so the menu is diverse enough for all appetites and perfect for a light bite overlooking the turquoise ocean or a special evening meal on the terrace next to the white sands of Saadiyat,” Flemming added.
