Le Gray, Beirut upgrades and revises their menu at Indigo on the Roof under the new theme of 'Food is Art'
The arrival of Executive Chef, Darren Andow has sparked new life into the Mediterranean restaurant, Indigo on the Roof at Le Gray, Beirut. The restaurant focuses on the use of sustainable quality produce along with a blend of delectable flavours to elevate the menu and transform a diner’s experience. Indigo on the Roof is open for a weekly Sunday Brunch, a daily Business Lunch and the upcoming arrival of the terrace season will bring back barbecue evenings along with sunset parties.
Guests can enjoy world-class dishes surrounded by fine violin tunes and a cosy atmosphere on Fridays and Saturdays. The Sunday Brunch offers diners a variety of options from cold buffets, viennoiseries, cheeses and Lebanese delicacies to oysters and sushi. Indigo on the Roof also features a special three-choice menu from Monday to Saturday and a separate menu for the daily Business Lunch. The restaurant’s new menu is diverse and simple in its presentation. During the creation of new dishes for the menu, Chef Darren Andow was greatly influenced by the country's culinary wealth of flavours, succulent dishes and cultural diversity.
