Chef Uwe Micheel and his team of young chefs, in cooperation with Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek introduce Festival Nights aboard the Al Mansour Dhow.

Exclusive events spread throughout the month of February, March, April and May will feature great food in great company. Each night will be represented by a Young Chef with the winning signature dishes, which won them a Gold Medal at the countless competitions they attend on a monthly basis throughout the years.

The idea was first born from the Dubai Food Festival Event held in 2015. Where the hotel hosted Star Chef Sanjeev Kapoor on the same legendary Dhow. This idea planted a seed to showcase the Young Star Chefs, members of the Team who won over 30 at all top competitions, i.e (Sial Du Cuisine in Abu Dhabi), East Coast Salon in Fujairah, International Salon Culinaire at Gulf Food, San Pellegrino Culinary Competition, Taste of New Zealand, Commis Rotisseurs in Budapest, Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg and many more.
Chef Uwe Micheel says “I am very proud of the achievement of the Team and this is a way to show our guests some of the dishes, and same time to meet our Young Stars who are normally always at the back of the house. I am really looking for this evening which will be another great opportunity for the team. As I always say to my team winning a gold medal is great but the most important is learning, gaining experience and self-satisfaction.”
The exclusive dishes will fill up the Al Mansour Dhow buffet with delicacies such as Salad with Grilled Peaches and roasted Chicken, Roasted Butternut Squash and Shallots soup and Pan seared balsamic caramel beef steak with puree of parsnip, and many scrumptious desserts from the set menu.
First exclusive night will be held on 18th of February, by Chef Mithun and Rahman
