Chefs from the International Centre for Culinary Arts Put On a Surprise Performance for Visitors at Treat
Synchronised sampling of delicious bites set to music was part of a special series of presentations by the world-renowned culinary centre
Dubai, UAE September 18, 2012 – Visitors to ‘Treat’ – the BurJuman World Food Fest 2012 were in for a surprise as the International Centre for Culinary Arts Dubai (ICCA) put on a show for visitors gathered at the mall for the seventh day of the food fest yesterday, September 17th.
Trainers and students from the institute – one of the Top 10 culinary institutes in the world – presented a theatrical dancing performance set to popular music on the day.
The surprise performance was part of a special set of presentations by the ICCA at Treat, which included a series of six masterclasses where audience members were invited to participate in preparing starters, assorted canapes and deserts such as Spinach & Ricotta Filo Parcels, Stuffed portabello with creamy seafood and paprika cream sauce, Chicken and leek vol au vents with hollandaise sauce, Mocha mousse and Blueberry cheesecake.
