Mahiki introduces its mouth-watering food menu
Dubai, April 11, 2012 –Mahiki, one of the world’s most famous nightspots, and Dubai’s favourite Tiki paradise is now set to offer the complete island life with a mouth-watering international menu with a Polynesian twist, stimulating your palate while you sip the freshest fruit cocktails!
Available every day from 7 PM to 10 PM, the menu features a wide variety of appetizers, and small plates for sharing, as well as signature entrées and a few off-menu favourites including tuna tartar steak with guacamole wasabi, panfried scallops with pea textures as well as simple but fun bites like the truffle egg toast, cooked with fresh ingredients sourced from around the world.
The menu’s sharing concept reflects Mahiki’s fun and friendly attitude to a night out, where people can revel in the delights of Honolulu, explore different dishes from all over the world and dance the night away.
Commenting on the newly launched menu, Matt Jolley, the General Manager of Mahiki Dubai, said ”Our new menu continues in the tradition of bringing the spirit of the Hawaiian islands to Dubai. Considering that Dubai is a melting pot of cultures, our chef has carefully infused the menu with a selection of bespoke dishes that aim to cater to the diversity of the Dubai market.“

Headed by Chef Marcus Chant, who has worked with award winning restaurants and chefs from all around the world including Gary Rhodes, Mahiki befriended other reputable cooks who helped put the menu together specifically for Dubai.
The Mahiki Dubai food menu will be seasonal and will serve a new taste of the islands to keep the tiki lovers surprised, and ensure that there’s never a boring night in Dubai’s favourite tiki land!
Conceived in 2005 by ‘The Kings of Clubs’ Nick House and Piers Adam, Mahiki has grown to become one of the world’s most famous nightspots and an institution for those looking to put the word fun back into an evening out.
A one-of-a-kind venue, the unique attention to detail and creativity that goes into every drink, dance and dish served has ensured Mahiki is loved by Princes, actors, musicians and anyone looking to have a really good time!
Opened its doors to Dubai in December 2011, Mahiki is located at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and is open Monday to Saturday from 7p.m. – 3a.m.
Make the most of Mahiki’s reduced ‘Sunset’ cocktail menu every day from 7pm – 9pm. Much like in London, Mahiki Dubai’s signature night is ‘Mahiki Mondays’, an 80s themed night with a tiki twist, which will be full of theatre and special events. ‘Pin Up Tuesdays’ is a night specially designed for the tiki girls of Dubai, offering a number of exciting surprises for all you Honolulu Honeys!
