COYA PAINTS THE TOWN IN RED AND GOLD
The Restaurant ends the year with its very first birthday and an unforgettable New Year’s celebration
December 15, 2015| Dubai, United Arab Emirates: One year ago, the seeds of Incan heritage made its way to the Middle East and dug in roots to make a home in Jumeirah where COYA Dubai was born. After rapidly climbing the city’s competitive dining landscape, the multiple award winning destination ends December with its first birthday and a spectacular New Year’s Eve celebration. Birthday celebrations take place on the 15th, from 8PM onwards with three surprise musical performances. On the 31st- in a tradition that goes back centuries- Dubai’s most talked about venue rings in the year 2016 with a mysterious red and gold masquerade party.
New Year’s Eve will see this fun, exclusive rendezvous offering a succulent four-course meal, unparalleled in quality and craftsmanship, taste and aesthetics. Expertly prepared by COYA’s world class chefs, each course is served with flair at the tables of the region’s most distinguished diners.
Starting the gastronomic journey to an evening you won’t forget is the flavourful red snapper ceviche with generous toppings of black winter truffle. Alternatively, fresh Oysters are on offer to whet the appetite before moving on to try COYA’s light quinoa salad; serving as the perfect middle course before working through heartier mains. The diverse choices of main dishes include everything from a tender, juicy lobster to a classic rib eye cabassi – with a rich array of flavours in each bite. As the premium bubbly continues to flow, the grand finale of the night ends on a refreshingly sweet note with a culmination of blissful desserts which, even the hardest to please sweet-tooth will satisfy. As always, COYA Dubai’s food is unparalleled in quality and craftsmanship, taste and aesthetic.
Offering a front row seat to the most iconic skyline in Dubai, the evening festivities at COYA Dubai’s terrace overlooks the Burj Khalifa. Lucky patrons on the evening will have the opportunity to experience the majestic fireworks as the clock strikes midnight, continuing the festivities until 3 AM with the electrifying sounds of resident DJ Roderio Lopez. Especially for this event and for one night only, this vibrant outlet welcomes back DJ XXMathieuXX, an emerging frontrunner in the industry, who has been selling out shows throughout France and will be coming back to Dubai on the 31st of December. Dress to impress for New Year’s at COYA Dubai given that red and gold are the colours of the night, and anticipate an evening to welcome 2016 in style.
