Dubai, UAE, 23 November, 2010 … When four people dine, pay for just three at The Thai Kitchen at the Park Hyatt Dubai for either the Wednesday night BBQ or the sumptuous Friday Lunch, commencing in November and December respectively.
Each Wednesday, The Thai Kitchen presents its BBQ evenings served on the Thai terrace with stunning views of both the marina and Dubai Creek. Chef Supattra and her team of chefs will cook a delectable array of Thai dishes from the grill, at your request. Choose from one of two BBQ set menus.
Set Menu 1 is priced at AED150 per person including soft drinks and juices (minimum two people). Enjoy a selection of Thai delights from the grill including Beef Oyster Mushroom with Palm Sugar Dressing; Spicy and Sour Noodle Soup, Shrimp Balls and Chicken; Minced Beef with Basil; Pok Choy, Fried Garlic and Soy Sauce; Black Bean Ice Cream with Sago and Seasonal Fruits on Ice.
Alternatively, Set Menu 2 priced at AED185 per person including soft drinks and juices (minimum two people) features a selection of seafood from the BBQ, Tiger Prawn with Chilli and Lime Dressing; Sea Bass Fillet with Sea Salt and Lime Grass and Lobster Tail with Green Chilli Dressing. Delight in the Spicy Pomelo Salad; Spicy Noodles with Egg and Vegetables; Red Curry with Mussels and Pineapple; Fish Cakes and Shrimp Toast with Sesame Seeds; Coconut Rice Dumpling, assorted condiments and Seasonal Fruits on Ice. Individually priced items can also be ordered from either of the two set menus.
Please note that The Thai Kitchen’s à la carte menu is not available on Wednesdays.
Wednesday BBQ night is available at the Thai Kitchen from 7:00 pm to midnight. Priced at AED150 per person for the BBQ Set Menu 1 including soft drinks and juices (minimum two people) and AED185 per person for the BBQ Set Menu 2 including soft drinks and juice. To avail of the 4 for 3 offer, all guests in the party must select the same menu.
The 4-for-3 Wednesday night BBQ will be available 24th November until 26th January, 2011 with no block out dates.
An extensive menu of authentic Thai dishes is prepared in four open kitchens, one each for wok, grill, noodles and desserts and is served a la carte for the Friday Lunch.
The Thai Kitchen’s Friday Lunch is available from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm and is priced at AED195 per person including non-alcoholic beverages, or AED245 per person, including non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine.
