Market-style restaurant Suq launches eclectic Friday brunch
Dubai, UAE, 12 July 2015: Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is delighted to introduce a culinary adventure through Friday Brunch at Suq, its lively, interactive restaurant. Offering a journey through international cuisines and exciting tastes with six multi ethnic live cooking stations featuring an extensive range of Middle Eastern, Oriental, Asian and Western favourites.
Made fresh with only the highest quality ingredients and served with the legendary Four Seasons service, Suq offers guests a brunch filled with flair and flavours. A cuisine to suit all including special dietary requests such as gluten free as well as the opportunity to ask for the recipe of your favourite dish.
Interactive stations feature an authentic Italian corner boasting an open pizza oven serving fresh stone baked pizza alongside homemade pasta. Unique salads made from a blend of Middle Eastern and European ingredients and freshly caught lobster are at the heart of the seafood and salad station. Beautiful handcrafted parcels of Spinach And Scallop Dim Sum complete the Asian station with a variety of noodles and stir fry options to be cooked in the wok upon request.
From the rotisserie, the Sri Lankan Devil Baby Chicken partners Garlic Fried Rice and a dash of spicy sauce to excite and delight taste buds while Tandoori Murgh Chicken with a cool mint chutney exceed Indian expectations. Steamed dishes such as the Banana Leaf Wrapped Pollack Fillet or vegetable filled smoothies are perfect for a healthier option.
An enticing dessert station offers over 18 different flavours of ice cream, a plethora of homemade, traditional Arabic and Western delicacies and an array of fresh tropical fruits. However if you are seeking savoury over sweet, there is a wide selection of cheeses from across the globe for guests to delve into. Including affinated farmed cheese perfectly partnered with warm freshly baked breads such as sourdough, focaccia and French loaves.
Beverages include a wide variety of unique signature cocktails, home blended mocktails, premium champagnes and selected fine wines from around the world. To finish, a selection of freshly ground coffee and herbal teas from the barista station to cleanse the palette.
Welcomed by the aroma of freshly baked breads, roasted coffee beans and an array of beautifully glazed pastries, the restaurant leads through to bright and airy interiors, with views over the immaculately landscaped gardens, and poolside accompanied by beautiful sunset views later into the early evening.
