BBQ RIBS
1st – 31st June, Salsa
Salsa’s BBQ Ribs are rubbed with a secret spice mixture and expertly cooked to ensure they are fall-off-the-bone tender. Our Mexican Chef fire-grill and glaze them with a homemade BBQ sauce which results in a sweet and spicy taste combination that is just to die for and definitely to be enjoyed to the fullest.

IRON PLATES MENUS
1st – 31st June, Asia Live!
Iron-plate dishes are named for the heavy iron platter that is used for serving. The platter is heated to a high temperature, placed on its wooden tray, and delivered to the table. When hot stir-fried food is spooned onto the platter, the sizzle is very dramatic and we are sure you will love it.
