Dubai, UAE; March 13, 2012: Emaar Morocco, the wholly-owned country subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, will host the ‘Amelkis Resorts Open Week’ roadshows in Dubai and Abu Dhabi later this month to showcase ready-to-live-in villas and land plots, set around a championship golf course, in the heart of Marrakech, Morocco.
The Amelkis Resorts Open Week will present a unique and limited period opportunity to invest in one of the sought after lifestyle destinations in Morocco, developed to the world-class standards that are characteristic of Emaar communities globally.
UAE Nationals and Moroccan expatriates in the UAE as well as those who are interested in owning a second-home or an attractive property investment in the country can visit the Amelkis Resorts Open Week for making an informed decision on the Amelkis community.
Representatives of Emaar Morocco will be present at the Amelkis Resorts Open Week to present more details about the flagship resort development of the company, located in the heart of the Marrakech Palm Grove. The integrated lifestyle development is spread over a total area of over 30 million sq feet, and features ready-to-live-in Hattan Villas with golf and park views ranging in size from 3,000 to 4,000 sq feet, and land plots of size 8,500 to 20,000 sq feet.
The villas and land plot are set around a 36-hole golf course, one of the most challenging golf courses in the country, designed by Cabell B. Robinson. Offering residents the choice of tranquil living within a green golf environment, the Hattan Villa community has only 55 villas designed by renowned architects.
With strong customer interest in Morocco already, Hattan Villas draw design inspiration from the ‘Red City’ architectural styles and the best of Berber design. Two serviced apartment complexes will add to the residential choice of customers in addition to two world-class hotels, which will further enhance the quality of lifestyle.
Yves Delmar, Chief Executive Officer of Emaar Morocco, said: “Since the launch of the Hattan Villas and land plots, we have been receiving strong interest from Morocco as well as from international markets, especially the UAE. The Amelkis Resorts Open Week in Dubai and Abu Dhabi will offer investors the opportunity to gain a thorough overview of the community, which serves as a secure investment for the long-term. Amelkis Resorts also marks the commitment of Emaar to project delivery, offering world-class living environments that set new benchmarks in luxury developments in Morocco.”
Amelkis Resorts, which is only ten minutes away from the international airport Marrakech Menara and the city centre, is bedecked with cypress trees, eucalyptus, palms, olives, and orange and apricot orchards creating a spell-binding natural setting. Overlooking the development are the Atlas Mountains that are snow-capped through the winter months.
The Amelkis Resorts Open Week will be held in Dubai at the Emaar Sales Centre from March 22 to 26 from 10am to 7pm, and in Abu Dhabi from March 28 to April 1 at the Abu Dhabi Sales Centre from 10am to 7pm. For more details, call 800–EMAAR or email firstname.lastname@example.org
