Featuring an array of eclectic, and beautifully presented signature dishes, start with a choice of Baked Oyster topped with parsley crumb, parmesan and mustard, Crispy Calamari served with harissa, cucumber and dukkah or Marinated Baby Beet Salad tossed with orange, endive, goat curd and coriander. Transporting you to the golden coastline of Australia, mains include Olive Oil Confit Norwegian Salmon served with heirloom vegetable and jus, Morten Bay Bug Spaghettini tossed with olive oil, garlic, chili and parsley, and Pea and Mint Risotto topped with fresh parmesan. Those with a sweet tooth will be delighted with Chef’s dessert selection, including Pistachio Cassonade with pistachio praline, and valhrona chocolate sorbet, Summer Berry Soup accompanied by petite sussie sorbet and Fromage Blanc Mousse with citrus sable and yuzu granite.
