Specially crafted for Kebab lovers, the tempting menu includes a soup and about 9 different kinds of kebabs as well as sizzlers, besides an assortment of Indian breads and dessert. Savor the rich and tender taste of vegetarian and non-vegetarian grills that Zafran’s master chefs have put together.
Zafran’s Chef Mohit Dhingra and the Concept Manager Chef Ankur Chakraborty will bring forth an impressive presentation of grills. The range includes regular vegetarian favorites like “Zaffrani Paneer Tikka” (char grilled cottage cheese cubes, saffron-yogurt marinade), “Spinach and Fig Kebab” (pan grilled spinach and lentil patties with figs and cashews served with mint chutney) and “Tandoori Aloo” (tandoor baked barrels of potatoes, cashew nut and raisin filling). For meat and fish eaters the choice gets better with the meaty delicacies including “Tandoori Murgh” (king of all kebabs, on the bone chicken in a yoghurt-chilly marinade and grilled in tandoor), “Chaamp Annari” (Pan grilled lamb chops, pomegranate marinade and served with a tangy sauce) and “Tandoori Prawns” (Aizwain flavored grilled jumbo prawns, yogurt chilly marinade).
