Palm Beach, U.S.A. – September, 2012 - Guests of Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach can now enjoy one of the oldest organized sports in the world, a centuries-old magnet for royalty, with the new Polo in Paradise experience. In partnership with International Polo Club Palm Beach, the nation’s most prestigious polo club, guests choose from three different exclusive polo excursions not available through any other venue.
Each excursion has been designed to provide an elite and extraordinary experience that combines the intimate Five Star, Five Diamond oceanfront setting of Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach with the best polo talent in the world at one of the most beautiful clubs in the world.
With a three-night minimum stay, the Polo in Paradise experience welcomes guests with an official polo bag and two personalized La Martina polo jerseys, along with Champagne. At the time of making the reservation, guests select one of the three following polo experiences:
· Stay & Play with the Best (available Tuesdays through Fridays) – Transportation to International Polo Club where guests are greeted by the sport’s best talent for an hour and a half personalized polo lesson – complete with majestic polo ponies and all the gear one needs. A successful lesson is celebrated with Champagne before being transported back to the Resort.
· A Perfect Polo Picnic (available Tuesdays through Fridays) – Transportation to International Polo Club where guests pull directly up to a cozy, elegant picnic of delicate gourmet fare and bubbling Champagne – all to enjoy while observing an exciting polo match. At the end of the match, take pleasure in personal meet and greets and photo opportunities with the players before returning to the Resort.
· Ultra VIP Sunday Brunch & Polo (available on Sundays) – Experience Sunday Brunch & Polo at International Polo Club in a way unique to the thousands of fans that travel from around the world for this quintessential Palm Beach afternoon. The luxe accommodations include transportation to and from International Polo Club, VIP Sunday Brunch & Polo tickets with preferred veranda seating and bottle of Champagne, on field presence during the pre and post game ceremonies that includes the coin toss and trophy presentation, player meet and greets, organized photo opportunities with the players, and access to the official After Party at the club’s exclusive poolside Mallet Grille.
