This Ramadan, Farzi Café is offering customers an immersive dining experience in a world of rich flavours. The Iftar menu, Designed by the Chef, skillfully embraces Eastern essences with modern innovative twists on classic Indian and Arabic dishes. Farzi Café, derived from the word “Farzi” which means “creating an illusion”, has showcased such techniques through its unique culinary philosophy. This vision is clearly articulated in the restaurant’s Iftar menu, as well as its A La carte menu, which will be available for Suhoor. Offering a playful interpretation of ingredients, Farzi Café draws influence from the prolific work of Jiggs Kalra, Mentor and Culinary Director at Massive Restaurants and the creative talent behind some of the top restaurants in India.
“The idea behind Farzi Café has been to showcase the robustness of global cuisine with a unique Arabic and Indian influence. This is achieved through extensive research and innovation on the cuisine served, while presenting it using modern techniques and styles, seamlessly amalgamating the use of local culinary influences and ingredients, for the modern day, well-travelled and exposed diner. This has been our aim and basis for the first international venture of the concept in Dubai as well. We are overwhelmed with the response and delighted that our patrons in the region have been enjoying the culinary experience and hospitality synonymous with Farzi Café and hope for it to continue in times to come”, Zorawar Kalra, Founder & Managing Director, Massive Restaurants (India)
Farzi is offering Iftar at AED 125++ per adult, AED 75++ for children up to 10 years of age and free for children below 3 years of age. The A La Carte menu will also be available for guests during Iftar and Suhoor. Suhoor will be served until 1:30am.
