Dubai, 10 August, 2016: Farzi Café, the modern spice bistro by Zorawar Kalra, has recently launched its exclusive breakfast menu. Opening its doors to the UAE in March and located at the bustling City Walk Phase 2, Farzi Cafe offers guests global cuisine with a unique Indian and Arabic twist, using modern culinary techniques such as elements of molecular gastronomy to introduce a sense of surprise to every dish and overall experience.
Taking forward its culinary philosophy of creating an illusion with its cuisine, Farzi Café has recently launched its exclusive Breakfast Menu. The menu, served from 10am to 12Noon every day, articulates its vision of offering innovative global cuisine with Arabic and Indian influences, using cutting edge cooking techniques, including elements of molecular gastronomy and creative culinary art, while focusing on flavours, textures and combinations. The new breakfast menu has its version of Eggs Benedict (AED 48) with tawa toast with a luscious drizzle of desi ghee hollandaise. Also on the menu are dishes like Coriander Akuri, maska focaccia (AED 43), Pan tossed Tenderloin shreds, cheddar hot dog (AED 54), Lemon quinoa, tempered asparagus (AED 37) among others.
Offering a playful interpretation of ingredients and an immersive dining experience, rich with Indian references, Farzi Café draws influence from the prolific work of Jiggs Kalra, Mentor and Culinary Director at Massive Restaurants (India).
Maska focaccia- Scrambled egg with Indian masala, molded and served with homemade buttered focaccia bread.
Masala chicken ragout - slow cooked poached egg served with tawa toast with a luscious drizzle of desi ghee hollandaise.
Tenderloin Maska Hotdog
Our version of the typical English breakfast with Beef juliennes served in maska hotdog topped with cheddar cheese, served with potato twirls.
Our take on the pressed rice poha significant to the Indian breakfast. It is a South Indian preparation with soaked quinoa served with buttered asparagus)
Tiffin Potato Burger
Taking influence from the provencal 'Delhi's Gupta burger' from the city-side with a tangy twist presented in a lunch box setup.
