Chefs from Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek cook up a Modern German and Vietnamese storm as the kitchens of Dubai Marriott Hotels prepare for tomorrow’s Italian-inspired event line-up
Dubai, UAE September 12, 2012 – Chef Uwe Micheel, Director of Kitchens, Chef Sai Min Hoo and Chef Sonbun Phongsri from Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Deira Creek turned up the heat on day one of ‘Treat’ – the BurJuman World Food Fest 2012 yesterday, September 11th.
On the menu was Modern German and Vietnamese cuisine, with mouth-watering creations such as Chicken Escalope, Pan-Fried Fillet of Salmon, Grilled Lemon Grass Chicken Satay, Vegetable Spring Rolls, Ga Hap Ga and Com Chay being dished up to eager masterclass participants and audience members at the cooking demos.
Set to delight the tastebuds of Treat visitors tomorrow, September 13th, will be Chef Francesco and Chef Furtunato Leocata, Italian Chefs of Dubai Marriott Hotels who will be demonstrating the secrets of authentic Italian cuisine.
With a series of free masterclasses, cooking demos, dining etiquette workshops, audience competitions, exciting rewards and delicious free sampling, Treat – The BurJuman World Food Fest 2012 – has been offering a wonderful interactive opportunity to dining enthusiasts, aspiring chefs, families and foodies to learn about different aspects of fine dining from leading industry experts at no cost at all. Treat runs until September 22nd, concluding with the highly anticipated BurJuman Junior Chef 2012 competition.
