Resort and Restaurant Village Introduce Commemorative Dessert Menu
Dubai, UAE, 23 November 2015: Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is delighted to celebrate its first anniversary in December with a dazzling showcase of its world-class restaurant portfolio. Since its grand opening in December in last year, the resort has established itself as the ultimate Dubai dining destination, with innovative offerings from a diverse mix of global cuisines. To mark the milestone, COYA, Jean-Georges, Nusret, together with the resort’s signature venues, Sea Fu, Suq and Mercury Lounge, will come together with a special birthday inspired dessert menu available throughout December. Each of decadent dish is offered with two glasses of bubbly, or innovative mocktails with which to toast to the success of the resort complex.

Suq, the lively market-style restaurant, will offer an Arabic inspired Celebratory Sweet Platter featuring a variety of delicacies including rose water and pistachio ice cream, katayef cheese, date muhalabia and saffron and coconut mousse, as well as a selection of Arabic sweets. Overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Sea Fu, the chic beachside destination, will serve an indulgent dome caramel bomb made of salted caramel, pistachio dacquoise sponge and salted caramel sauce and fig sorbet, ideal for sharing. Set atop the resort, the iconic rooftop, Mercury Lounge will pair miniature homemade ice creams with an infused rose-spiced cocktail.
Bringing its vibrant Latin American flair to the birthday proceedings, the award-winning COYA will offer a Peruvian inspired dessert platter, transporting diners to the heart of Peru. Highlights include Chicha morada (Peruvian purple corn colada, passion fruit and strawberry, orange shortbread), Sundae de maiz (corn sundae, sweet corn ice cream, popcorn), and Ganache de caramel (salted caramel ganache, raspberry sorbet, candied orange). Guests can also enjoy a selection of exotic fruits and Alfajores, a traditional Peruvian confectionary.
Jean-Georges Dubai, the UAE’s first restaurant by critically acclaimed, three Michelin star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, presents a choice of Homemade Crème Fraiche Cheesecake served with red fruits and topped with cranberry sorbet in the buzzing JG Kitchen; or indulgent Warm Chocolate Cake served with vanilla ice cream showcased in the elegantly refined JG Dining Room. Both glasses of bubbly will be accompanied by fresh strawberries.
The highly acclaimed Turkish Steak House will be serving Nusret’s signature Dessert; pistachio baklava, which is layered with Turkish ice cream from the region of Kahramanmaraş is often referred to as the capital of ice cream in Turkey.
