Gulfood 2011, the world’s biggest annual trade show for the food and beverage industry opens tomorrow with more than 3,800 exhibitors readying themselves for what is expected to be a record year.
Running until 2 March 2011 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, the show is the biggest in the event’s history, taking up more than one million square feet of dedicated exhibition space and leveraging its regional influence to highlight the latest trends, innovations and developments in the industry. To cater to the huge demand, a new hall has been purpose built for Gulfood to increase the exhibition space by 48,437 square feet.

We are looking forward to record sales and business opportunities for exhibitors and visitors this year,” said Helal Saeed Almarri, CEO, Dubai World Trade Centre, organiser of the exhibition.
