HILTON WORLDWIDE SERVES UP NEW ORGANIC LUNCH MENU
All-Natural Dining Option To Be Introduced Across UAE
Dubai, UAE – 22 March 2013 – Hilton Worldwide today launched its first ‘all-organic’ family lunch, unveiled at Hilton Abu Dhabi in advance of a Middle East & Africa roll-out to selected hotels.

The initiative is part of the organic program and builds on the success of the popular organic breakfast menu, launched earlier this year. The organic lunch concept is designed to be sufficiently flexible to give individual hotel chefs the freedom to interpret their menus to suit the style of restaurant, the palate of their guests and offer 100% natural and organic as an option.
Hilton Abu Dhabi’s launch event, at the famous Bocca restaurant, guests enjoyed an Italian flavor with natural and organic offerings from a selection of starters and main course dishes as well as a choice of organic juices, teas and wines.
Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Hilton Worldwide Middle East & Africa said: “The introduction of our first fully-organic weekend lunch is another important step in our endeavors to uniquely satisfy those diners who make conscious decisions about their food choices. Our chefs are continually looking for ways to make better use of organic ingredients, be creative with their menus and celebrate educated dining in its many forms.”
The organic program is the company’s all-embracing, organic-led ‘sourcing and serving’ program which kicked off earlier this year with the popular organic breakfast option. Further innovative initiatives are currently under development together with team member training programmers and supplier consultations.
