Dubai is the choice of French master baker Pascal Tepper as he opens his first international outlet
Dubai Media City, UAE April 2011: French master baker, Pascal Tepper has launched his first dine-in bakery outside of his native France in Dubai’s Media City.

The 400-square metre purpose-designed bakery is the first of three locations set to open in the UAE before autumn, with a multi-unit rollout planned across the region from 2012.
Chef Pascal, who was awarded the ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ a lifetime achievement award acknowledging him as one of the country’s finest bakers said that he is very excited about bringing his brand to the UAE, which he considers to be ‘one of the fastest growing F&B markets in the world’. He said that the core ingredients of his 75-plus signature items are made in France and brought to the UAE, so that the taste experience is assured.
More than 70 guests joined Chef Pascal at the flagship outlets opening event (April 5 2011), including the French Counsel General, Eric Giraud-Telme and Ahmed Seddiq Al Mutawaa, president of Atlas Group – the UAE-based company behind the global expansion.
