InterContinental Dubai Marina to open Urban Lounge and Urban Shisha Lounge
New outdoor venues add to hotel’s incredible line up of F&B outlets and follow successful opening of Marina Social, Accents, YNot&Ginter
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19 October 2015:InterContinental Dubai Marinahas announced atwo week countdown to the opening of Urban Lounge and Urban Shisha Lounge, two stunning new outdoor lifestyle destinations, in the contemporary setting of the new luxury hotel.
With the cool winter weather approaching, Dubai’s residents and visitors will be able to chill outdoorsin the elegant, yet understated and coolnew poolside Urban Lounge and Urban Shisha Lounge, both opening at InterContinental Dubai Marina on 6th November 2015.
Urban Lounge, open every Thursday and Friday evening from 8pm until 1am, is the ultimate poolside lounge featuring private cabanas, a bar and chill out areas. Guests can take in the sounds of the DJ, sip onbubbles and beverages complimented by culinary platters and exquisite light bites, while admiring the incredible views across the azure pool and sparkling Dubai Marina.

Urban Shisha Lounge, open daily from 6pm until 1am, is located on the hotel’s second floor roof terrace and offers a spectacular outdoor lounge-style set up of candle lit spacious cabanas. Guests can relax, unwind to the melodious tunes of the DJ and choose from an incredible variety of over 15 of Dubai’s most popular shisha flavours. Culinary sharing plates and a diverse beverage collection are also available.
Both alfresco venues will offer a chilled out vibe for Dubai’s trend setters and will play host to a number of seasonal events fusing fashion, music and entertainment.
