Upon entering InterContinental Sydney Double Bay by its original marble reception, guests and visitors will be wowed by the stunning architecture and interior of the hotel, characterised by a blend of contemporary design and beautifully-reinstated features, including Italian white marble and grey-green marble fireplace. Each of the 140 guestrooms and suites is exquisitely furnished, with most opening out onto European fashioned balconies.
The hotel’s original Grand Ballroom has been restored and will undoubtedly be the venue of choice for Sydney’s premium weddings and events, with a capacity to host up to 495 guests cocktail-style. For smaller-scale events and conferences there are an additional six spaces, all of which feature state-of-the-art technology and design.
