A captivating evening of elegance and style with incredible music from guest performer, DJ Ruckus, and exquisite cuisine.
December 2015, Dubai, UAE: Jean-Georges Dubai, the Middle East’s first restaurant by critically acclaimed three Michelin star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is set to welcome 2016 with an evening to remember. The venue welcomes a special performance from international DJ Ruckus, Lenny Kravitz cousin hailed by GQ as “the most sought after DJ in the world,” as well as a live countdown and musical stylings from resident DJ, Marshall.
For the extravagant occasion the JG terrace, designed to resemble a New York garden and situated at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai, will be transformed with state of the art visual installations, screening a firework display set to illuminate the evening. Guests can enjoy canapes and seven courses of Jean-Georges signature and seasonal dishes. Culinary highlights include Yellow Fin Tuna Ribbons served with Avocado, Welsh Lamb Chops with Smoked Chili Glaze and Charred Onions and the world famous Warm Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream.
As the clock strikes midnight, guests can rejoice amongst friends and loved ones under a shower of golden confetti, starting the New Year in glittering style.

Packages are inclusive of the evening’s entertainment, a glass of Gosset Brut Excellent Bubbles and choice of red or white grape bottle per two guests on arrival; canapes and a seven course special set menu.
