Ragsdale Takes off in High Spirits on Fourth Day of Triathlon
Ajman, November 27, 2011; Scott Ragsdale started the fourth day of the Naseba7 Triathlon Challenge from the shores of Kempinski Hotel Ajman's pristine beach. Ragsdale completed the open water swim in a swift one hour and one minute, and went on to complete the cycling leg in six hours and forty four minutes, and finished the course with a time of five hours and twenty nine minutes for the run. The Ajman course took him through the city centre towards the picturesque dunes of Al Helio.
