La Petite Maison Celebrates Five Years in Dubai
Invites Local Farmers to Taste the Fruits of their Labour
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 05 October 2015 – La Petite Maison Dubai celebrates five years of consistently exceptional service and French Mediterranean cuisine in the UAE with a series of celebrations. Well – loved musical act The Troubadours will be entertaining guests each evening from the 11th till 13th October. In addition, the restaurant will also be hosting its most loyal and longstanding clients to thank them for helping to make La Petite Maison one of the region’s best-loved destinations. The restaurant will also host UAE-based farmers whose produce are used in a number of the restaurant’s signature dishes.
Since opening in the Dubai International Financial Centre in October 2010, La Petite Maison has contributed significantly to the growth and professional development of the UAE’s dining landscape, by developing relationships with a number of new suppliers of produce who had not previously served the GCC market, creating a staff training programme that has produced skilled team members for La Petite Maison outposts in Miami and elsewhere, and encouraging the use of high-quality produce grown in the UAE.
Antoine Jaillet, General Manager of La Petite Maison Dubai, commented, “Consistency is La Petite Maison’s continued goal and promise to each of our guests – while we wholeheartedly believe our motto that ‘Tous Celebres Ici’ (or we are all celebrities), our Dubai team knows that we are only as good as the last meal we serve. We thank all of our loyal clients, our suppliers both in the region and abroad, our partners and our colleagues for La Petite Maison Dubai’s status as one of the Middle East’s most recognized and sought-after destinations.”
La Petite Maison Dubai enters its sixth successful year with a focus on non-GMO, organic ingredients, including its new beef supplier, and innovation in finding the most fresh and consistently delicious components for well-loved dishes including the burratta, warm prawns, deep fried baby squids, baby chicken, grilled lamb cutlets, grilled rib eye steak, grilled tiger prawns, baked sea bream, salt baked seabass, grilled veal chop, whole roast label rouge chicken with foie grass, salad of green lentils, Cepes Pasta and delicious desserts such as the pain perdu, cheesecake, and crème brulee.
Since inception, the restaurant has claimed many accolades including being ranked number 81 on the prestigious World’s Best Restaurant list compiled by Restaurant Magazine in 2014 and securing the title of Restaurant of the Year in local magazines restaurant awards.
This beloved dining destination has changed the food scene in Dubai and transcended the norm for Middle Eastern diners, and will mark its fifth anniversary in part by serving local farmers some of the delectable La Petite Maison specialties created using their produce.
“One of La Petite Maison Dubai’s areas of focus for our sixth year and beyond is to extend the number of ingredients that we source from the region, extending from the herbs in all of our signature dishes to fresh vegetables and other produce that meets our exacting standards,” said Jaillet.
