Master Baker Pascal Tepper to expand his UAE operation
Meilleur Ouvrier de France to unveil New Menu & Services at his first international outlet outside France
Dubai Media City, UAE September 2011: French master baker, Pascal Tepper, who just four months ago, launched his first dine-in bakery outside his native France in Dubai Media City is returning to the emirate to launch a new service and menu.
And Chef Pascal, who holds the ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France,’ a lifetime achievement award acknowledging him as one of the country’s finest bakers, says the UAE is proving to be “one of the world’s fastest growing F&B markets.”
“The UAE is an important global destination and it feels good to begin our expansion drive in a vibrant city like Dubai,” said Chef Pascal, whose bakeries reflect the triple values of quality, taste and signature recipes.
“Recipes must be innovative, nutritious and flavourful to make it to our menu,” said Chef Pascal, the son of a baker driven to maintain authentic ‘French’ bakery standards. “This three-value approach may sound simple but actually I have found it to be quite an art to achieve the right balance between healthy ingredients and good, flavoursome taste.”
Chef Pascal’s menu reflects his personal drive to produce the best and bring the most innovative ingredients to his creations. “Ingredients for the signature bakery recipes come ‘ready-made’ from France, to ensure the same experience wherever we will have a location,” he explained.
Pascal Tepper French Bakery stays true to its roots and features a refreshing, delicious menu packed with fresh-from-the-market ingredients which highlights the true taste of French cuisine.
Pascal Tepper French Bakery is on the main TECOM drag and is open daily from 7am to 11pm for dine-in, take-away, catering and deliveries within the TECOM vicinity. Log onto www.pascaltepperfrenchbakery.com for the full menu or call 04 454 2408.
