Small piece of skinned fresh ginger
1 cup green and/or red seedless grapes
1 ½ oz (45ml) premium gin
2-3 oz (60-90ml) cold tonic
METHOD: Crush ginger and add to the bottom of your tall glass. Fill with frozen grape slathered with cubed ice. Pour in gin, top with tonic, and gently stir with 1 to 2 rotations to lightly mix the flavors.
1 small whole tangerine
6 mint leaves
6 thai basil leaves
2 oz (60ml) silver rum
1 oz (30ml) freshly squeezed tangerine juice
¾ oz (22ml) simple syrup
GLASS: Small glass bowl
METHOD: Muddle tangerine, mint, basil, and lime in shaker. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into chilled bowl. Garnish with the stem of Thai basil.
4 fresh Strawberries
4 fresh grape or cherry tomatoes
1 ½ oz (45ml) Vodka
¼ oz (7ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ oz (22ml) cinnamon syrup
2 oz (60ml) champagne or Prosecco
GLASS: Tumbler or highball glass
METHOD: Crush strawberries and tomatoes in bottom of shaker and add vodka, lime, and syrup. Shake well with ice and pour into glass. Top with Champagne or Prosecco. Add your garnish nicely to the top. Serve with a thick straw.
