Personal Valet, an innovative in-room guest services application has been launched for the first time in the UAE
Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach is excited to announce the implementation of Personal Valet by iRis, a ground breaking new application that enables guests to communicate their personal requirements to the hotel’s guest service centre, through an in-room iPad.
Technological changes have enable Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach to introduce an in-room guest service solution that will dramatically improve the guest personal experience while delivering real value and maintaining a human touch.
The functional and simple to use application not only improves communication but also assists the hotel to streamline services based on guests’ preferences. The iPad service is specifically designed for the hotel with tailored content that enables immediacy to guest’s requests.
