New Saturday brunch at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Sambusek to take guests on a flavorsome journey to glamorous Beirut
Fan Lubnan pays tribute to traditional cuisine while echoing the vibrancy of modern-day Lebanon
Abu Dhabi, April 1, 2014 – Sambusek, the delightfully traditional Lebanese restaurant at Rosewood Abu Dhabi, the capital's ultra-luxury hotel on Al Maryah Island, has launched its delectable set-menu brunch, Fan Lubnan, which will take place every Saturday, from 12:00 - 3:30 pm.
The Fan Lubnan set menu features a wide array of delectable hot and cold mezzeh, such as fattouch salad, baba ghanouj and fried dough stuffed with feta and akkawi cheese, alongside a mixed grill of shish kebab, shish taouk and kofta kebab served with garlic sauce, grilled tomatoes and onions. Desserts such as mixed baklawa and hallawa bill jeben will also be served to complement the authentic Lebanese culinary journey.

The Fan Lubnan Set Menu is available for AED 199++ per person including soft drinks, AED 275++ including Lebanese grapes and AED 449++ with French bubbles and Lebanese grapes.
