New Shaken and Stirred Brunch at BiCE Mare
Iconic beverages on offer to complement exclusive menu
UAE, 24th April, 2012 – BiCE Mare, the contemporary seafood specialist venue in Souk Al Bahar, has partnered with iconic Italian brand Martini to bring guests the new ‘Shaken and Stirred’ brunch deal, which will kick off from Friday 4th May 2012.
As the first of its kind in Dubai the latest Martini brunch experience will see a special dispenser concoct a host of different creations to suit diners’ tastes, which will be paired with the exceptional brunch menu that includes dishes such as; BiCE Mare’s signature Mixed Seafood Platter, stone cooked king prawns with garlic, chili and lime, homemade ravioli, linguine with fresh crab and a fresh daily selection of deserts from Pastry Chef Mattia.
A special beverage menu will guide guests through the variations to allow them to mix and match new and exciting flavours while watching the famous dancing Dubai Fountains or gazing at the Burj Khalifa on the al fresco terrace.
All of the dishes are bespoke for the number of diners, with packages priced at AED250 per person including unlimited soft drinks and AED350 per person including unlimited beverages.
BiCE Mare now has a team of over over 10 Italian chefs from the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, who hail from all over Italy. The restaurant is now one of the only venues in the Middle East to have a full Italian kitchen team.

Pastas, sauces, bread, deserts and ice creams are a few of the homemade delicacies served up in the restaurant. Chef Francesco is passionate about only using fresh seasonal ingredients and the best seafood from both local and international sustainable sources.
Adding true Italian flair and theatrics, table side cooking is a new aspect of the restaurant, with culinary creations made in front of the guests to add some drama to both lunch and dinner. This can all be enjoyed while listening to the piano player and watching the incredible Dubai Fountain display from the restaurant’s open air terrace.
Located in the Souk Al Bahar, BiCE Mare is open 7 days a week with lunch being served from 12:00pm to 3:30pm and dinner from 7:00pm to 12:30pm.
