Park Hyatt Dubai Is Buzzing With Activites And Announces Its Very First Ladies' Night
Beginning this month, every Wednesday can be enjoyed at Thai Kitchen's unlimited a-la-carte evening followed by free flow of beverages in an alfresco environment at The Terrace.
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (September 16, 2015) – Park Hyatt Dubai is delighted to celebrate Eid-Al-Adha with its valuable guests. Traiteur’s chef de cuisine Daniel Hofler, has created a five-course Eid degustation menu, with highlights including “Citrus cured Salmon” and “Pan Seared Lamb Saddle”. In honor of this holy celebration, an exotic array of Middle Eastern spices and flavours has been infused throughout. Café Arabesque’s Eid menu, features a traditional Saj Station, and an array of hot and cold traditional dishes including “Whole Lamb Ouzi” and fresh “Falafel” to select from. The Eid culinary celebration would not complete without an array of tantalizing desserts.
Traiteur, the French bistronomic restaurant announces the launch of its seasonal Menu, with mushrooms and truffles being the highlights. These palatable ingredients have been carefully scattered across the dining Menu, showcasing unique dishes including “Mushroom Fricasee” and “Truffled Mushroom Risotto”. For the first time, Traiteur is launching an exclusive Wine Club, curated by Remi Torres, Restaurant Manager and Sommelier. Expect an enriching journey through landscapes rich in grape, and offering tasting and food pairing events.
The Terrace, Park Hyatt Dubai’s waterfront bar and lounge, provides outstanding evening views of Dubai’s skyline. To launch the cool season, The Terrace is announcing its first “Ladies’ Night”, featuring celebrity beverage specialist, Russelito Sanchez. September 23, 2015, will be the inaugural date serving sophisticated “Dare Devil Martinis” and “Aged Negroskis”, along with a variety of other exotic favorites. Our resident DJ will put guests in the mood with lounge-style beats, setting the atmosphere for an exceptional evening.
Café Arabesque, serves aromatic favorites originating in the Levant. Chef de cuisine, Maher Al Hayek, has introduced a seafood pop-up menu with some of the freshest flavours to suit the exquisite oriental architecture. Menu highlights include “Seafood Chowder”, “Green and Black Mussels” and a “Fresh Seafood Bar” with a variety of fresh fish to be selected and grilled at a live cooking station. To maintain the Levantine character of the menu, there are infusions of tahina and harisa as well as other aromatic herbs and spices.
The Thai Kitchen, cooks up a “street-style” storm every evening with a team of native Thai chefs each with extraordinary flair and trained by resident celebrity Chef Supattra Boonsrang. The open kitchen has three live cooking stations, one each for woks, grills and noodles, in addition to a unique dessert station. Chef Supattra, takes great pride in the atmosphere of her open kitchen and welcomes each guest as if it were her own home. September 16, 2015 marks the return of the Thai Kitchen’s Wednesday foodie evening, where various dishes are served off the a-la-carte menu on an unlimited basis.
Pistache, Park Hyatt Dubai’s recently revamped hot-spot, serves freshly made food catering to guests on the go. The open plan breakfast spot is conveniently nestled in a naturally lit alcove of The Lounge. The new concept features items, which can be served there and then or packed “to-go” and range from homemade pastries, fresh Greek yoghurt and granola to a tangy “Tuna Nicoise”. Pistache also serves a selection of hot and cold coffees and teas, which are made to order.
