Pierchic Launches New Mediterranean Inspired Menu

Dubai’s iconic Pierchic takes diners on a gastronomic excursion covering six countries with new destination series
One of Dubai’s most iconic Internationally acclaimed restaurants has launched a new destination menu designed to take diners on a delightful culinary journey across Mediterranean shores. Pierchic’s new Mediterranean Destination series will visit six destinations on a gastronomic excursion that will celebrate the best of each country’s cuisine with a series of limited edition three-course menus.
Pierchic’s culinary team has curated six distinct destination menus, taking inspiration from the cuisine styles of France, followed by Spain, Italy, Morocco, Turkey and finally, Greece. Each menu will be available for a two-month period and priced at AED 350 per person.
Kicking off in France, the current menu’s highlights include Blue Fin Tuna Nicoise to start, followed by Alaskan Black Cod served with Haricot Vert fricassee, razor clam gratin and honey; or Entrecôte de Wagyu beef with Dauphinoise potato, morels and baby gems. To finish, diners can choose from a selection of French cheeses, Mango and passion fruit mille-feuille or Valrhona Chocolate Cremè Brulée.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Pierchic’s Head Chef Paolo Bellamio, who hails from Padua, Italy, has worked in venues across Europe and internationally, personally sampling dishes and beverages of the unique cuisine of each region. His latest destination menu series has been inspired by his personal experiences and has been perfectly curated to suit the most sophisticated of palates.
Situated high above the turquoise waters of the tranquil Arabian Gulf, The stunning Pierchic, located at the end of the iconic pier at Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel offers unrivalled views of the Burj Al Arab and out into the Arabian Gulf, making it the perfect spot to enjoy Chef Paolo’s exquisite destination menu with one of the world’s most photogenic views as its backfrop.
Pierchic’s Mediterranean menu is available from Sunday to Thursday 12:00pm-3:00pm and Sunday to Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm

The Modern European menu sets the seafood standard with an enchanting culinary offering inspired by the world’s oceans, with fresh catch and sustainably sourced produce delivered to the restaurant daily.
Following a re-design in 2014, the restaurant boasts an al fresco dining experience via two ‘pod’ extensions along the pier, and stylish rickshaws that transports guests elegantly from pier to door. Named after the restaurant, ‘Pierchic Lounge’ and ‘Pierchic Bar’ offer a standalone bar and cocktail menu crafted by the in-house mixologists, perfect for sunset pre-dinner drinks and a serene location to soak up the iconic view. Every Friday, Pierchic also hosts their acclaimed Friday Brunch called ‘The Chic Brunch’, capturing all the sophistication and exclusivity of Pierchic with a touch of Ibiza-chic.
