ROSEWOOD CORNICHE AT THE HEART OF EID CELEBRATIONS
Jeddah’s premier hotel welcomes guests, families for festivities after successful Ramadan
Jeddah, KSA, 16 August, 2012: Jeddah’s premier hotel is preparing to host some of the city’s most exciting celebrations for Eid-Al-Fitr after scores of guests descended upon the property during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
Rosewood Corniche was transformed into an opulent Layali Hijazia bazaar during Ramadan, a theme which delighted Jeddah’s residents and travellers alike, and one which sets the tone for the ongoing Eid festivities.
The hotel’s speciality restaurant Habsburg will host a breakfast buffet from 6:00am to 11:00am before it is transformed into a scrumptious celebratory Eid brunch from 12noon to 4:00pm. Brunch starts at SAR380 per person on the first two days of the holiday and SAR260 per person on day three and four.
The menu comprises a variety of culinary offerings and includes a pastry corner, fresh fruit station, a ‘healthy heart’ station featuring an assortment of healthy cereals and delicious toppings, smoked salmon, sushi and mezze appetizer salads.
Guests will also enjoy live cooking stations where they can see Rosewood’s chefs in action preparing omelettes and eggs of their preference, (Manaqeesh) Arabic bread filled with cheese, zaatar, labneh and meat at the saj station and freshly prepared waffles, crepes and fresh konafa, traditional Arabic sweets.
“An early breakfast followed by a special Eid brunch is a long standing tradition in Jeddah that all families look forward to,” said Hans-Peter Leitzke, Managing Director of Rosewood Corniche.
“Rosewood Corniche was established as the city’s top destination for Ramadan celebrations and now we are building on that success by bringing the most festive Eid celebrations in Jeddah. Our restaurants are ready to host families or groups looking to celebrate Eid in a grand setting.”
Jeddah is buzzing with festivities and celebrations during Eid and since most families like to indulge in a lavish breakfast after a month of fasting it is recommended to book a reservation at the hotel, which will be running at maximum capacity during Eid.
A special dinner buffet will also be available on the first two days of Eid, for SAR240 per person, where diners can enjoy the highest level of attentive and discreet service.
Situated on Jeddah’s Corniche, Rosewood Corniche is ideal for both business and leisure travellers. The celebrated Jeddah Corniche runs parallel to the Red Sea for over 32 kilometres and provides convenient access to the city’s business and leisure areas.
As the premier hotel in Jeddah, the stunning Rosewood Corniche redefines modern elegance and offers unparalleled personal service and world-class amenities, including 24-hour butler service for each of the 127 guest rooms and suites.
