On course to set up 20 new restaurants in 2014

Saleh Bin Lahej Group - Hospitality Division started the year 2014 with its growth in philosophy around three key pillars namely new Store Openings, service Enhancements and unique product offerings.
With an ambitious plan to set up 20 new restaurants by the end of 2014, it is on course to meet its store and top line projections. The prestigious group has been on an aggressive expansion strategy and has successfully opened 15 new restaurants in just this year. “We are aiming at expansion plans and brand enhancements across the EMIRATES. In addition to its expansion plans, the group has worked diligently to improve its service offerings in existing outlets across brands, in line with international standards. A case in point is its hugely popular casual American dining brand Chili's. All the Chili's restaurants have seen restaurant renovations in 2014 resulting in a more trendy youthful look, and on the back end, it is implementing the 'Kitchen of Future' project, a first of its kind plan to increase standardization of signature dishes across branches, while retaining its made to order service proposition.
In terms of new product offerings, it opened Silver Fox - a premium fine dining restaurant offering the top 2% USDA prime steak, and has slowly gained reputation as an authority on steak knowledge and dining in the region. The group has also introduced a revamped healthy menu and dish enhancements for its authentic Italian restaurant Romano s Macaroni Grill.
These projects have resulted in firmly establishing the group as a market leader in international cuisine with globally acclaimed brands like Chili's, El Chico, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Silver Fox, Cantina Laredo, Steak N Shake, III Forks, The Pizza Company and Black Canyon; from its humble Beginning in 1997.
