At Luigi’s, the Italian restaurant, the five-course meal will begin with a salmon gravlax on granny smith apple served with avocado cream and salmon caviar followed by refreshing roots vegetable soup served with parsley garlic croutons. The meal continues with minted green apple sorbet followed by fragrant grilled Angus beef tenderloin before ending off with a luscious raspberry chocolate cake served with cranberry sauce.
