Seventeenth Carrefour Hypermarket to open in the UAE
Dubai, 9 April 2012: Last week, Carrefour opened its new store in Fujairah City Centre, its second Hypermarket in the Emirate of Fujairah making this the seventeenth Carrefour Hypermarket in the UAE.

This second Fujairah opening takes the brand’s Hypermarket tally in the UAE to 17 and to 42 in the Middle East, giving the opportunity for Carrefour to continue to develop its internationally-renowned brand further and cement its position as the hypermarket destination for the local community in the UAE.
The new store stocks thousands of items including a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, electronics and homeware items, and has a delicatessen, butchery and fishmongers.
The Carrefour Hypermarket at Fujairah City Centre echoes the model of Carrefour Hypermarkets across the Middle East and focuses on quality, variety and value-for-money.
