Silver Spoon Investments Launches New Homegrown Brand,Ground Rush
Following the successful opening of first restaurant, Atisuto, Silver Spoon Investments introducesa new grab-and-go concept - Ground Rush! Four additional Atisuto branches on their way
Dubai, UAE. 10 June2015: Ground Rush, a new grab-and-go kiosk concept, will soon be a favourite among Dubai customers looking for a wholesome and healthy bite while they’re on the go!
With such a wide variety of unique breakfast, lunch and snack options available, customers will be spoilt for choice amid the selection of pastries, cakes, sandwiches and salads – all made fresh, daily.
The first Ground Rush kiosk is situated in the Jebel Ali Building on Sheikh Zayed Road. Additional kiosks are due to open over the coming monthsin Business Bay and further along Sheikh Zayed Road.
Executive Chef Chris Moore says he and his team are focused on offering homemade favourites that satisfy.
“When food is prepared and cooked with love and dedication, you can taste the difference, he said. “And that’s what Ground Rush is all about – offering our customers something special, so that when they stop to have a coffee and eat, they enjoy the experience and know that whatthey’re eating has been carefully prepared, is nutritious and fresh.”
Much thought and consideration was put into developing Ground Rush’s menu, with a selection of gluten-free, vegetarian and other allergy-free menu items available. Ground Rush has also teamed up with locally-based Ethiopian coffee roasters, Boon Café, to provide a unique and high quality coffee blend.
“Our menu is colourful and interesting. Our sandwiches cater to all taste buds; with customers able to choose from freshly baked multi-grain bread, flat bread, or a wrap as a delicious base to our exceptional sandwich fillings that are inspired by the cultural diversity of Dubai! Our salads are just as tasty and vibrant,” added Chef Chris.
Salem bin Dasmal, Founder of Silver Spoon Investments, said that his vision is to develop and operate homegrown brands that offer quality food at an affordable price, for people all ages from all cultures.

Following the successful opening of Silver Spoon Investment’s first restaurant, Atisuto, in the Galleria Mall inDubai in 2014, Ground Rush is the company’s second homegrown food & beverage brand to be launched in the UAE.
Silver Spoon Investments has also announced the opening of four new Atisutobranches in Bay Square, Al Ghurair Centre, Ibn Battuta Mall, and Dubai Marina before the end of this year.
“When we launched the company this time last year, we were developing three homegrown restaurant concepts.I am very proud that just one year later, we successfullylaunched Atisuto, a casual-chic Japanese dining concept, launched our second brand, Ground Rush, and have confirmed four additional locations for Atisuto in Dubai,” Bin Dasmal added.
Silver Spoon Investment’s third concept is coming very soon. However, the team is staying tight-lipped about plans for another very exciting restaurant brand they are in the final stages of developing, which is scheduled to open before the end of the year in the bustling Business Bay area.
