Indian Balance Massage
Indian balance massage is a full body massage combining abhyanga and marma massage. The massage involves full body coverage with essential oil using smooth, gentle movements with long strokes to rub the oil deeply into your body and focusing on the vital points of the body. The main purpose with the Indian Balance massage is to keep the doshas balanced.
According to the principles of Ayurveda everyone has a specific body type known as a dosha. There are three doshas: Pitta, Kapha and Vata, and everyone have a specific balance of doshas which must be addressed in Ayurvedic Therapy. Other benefits of the massage provide you with increased stamina, pleasure and deeper sleep, enhances the complexion and the luster of the skin, promotes longevity and nourishes all parts of the body, increases circulation especially to the nerve endings, tones of the muscles and your whole physiology.

Wellbeing massage is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and
relaxation. The essential oils are extracted from the parts of herbs and plants and contain all healing and positive properties from the plants. There are several ways of applying the oils; the oil is applied with long sweeping strokes which warms the skin and muscles and prepares the body for deep tissue massage. Once the muscles are warmed, Vishnu continues with deeper massage, rolling and squeezing the skin and underlying muscles between the hands. This will not be painful, but deeply relaxing. The skin is warmed and the blood drawn to the surface, increasing circulation and encouraging the elimination of toxins from the body, which has the benefit of speeding up recovery time from any illness or injury.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai yoga massage uses a series of yoga postures while the therapist palms and thumbs along the body's energy lines and pressures points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment.
Vishnu will use his hands, feet and elbows to apply pressure to important points along these lines in
combination with gentle stretching and applied Hatha Yoga. This releases blocked energy and frees the body's own natural healing potential, thus restoring balance, health and harmony, relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
1 Hour - $155
Let yourself fall into this unique experience! After “sensing” your individual body’s needs at the single
zones, Vishnu will create a personalized set-up of stretching exercises, breathing techniques and yoga positions which you can easily continue at home in order to achieve a “healthy breath,” “detoxified mind “and “stretched body” within a short time.
1 Hour - $130
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and
coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do Pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health.
The word "Hatha" comes from the Sanskrit terms "ha" meaning "sun" and "tha" meaning "moon". Thus, Hatha Yoga is known as the branch of Yoga that unites pairs of opposites, referring to the positive (sun) and negative (moon) currents in the system. What most people refer to as simply "yoga" is, in fact, Hatha Yoga.
Yoga for Detox
Yoga Detox exercise stimulates three main systems of the body that play a crucial role in the elimination of wastes: circulatory; digestive; and lymphatic system by helping the body in its quest for detoxification. By focusing on systematically stretching and compressing every part of the body, Yoga Detox is particularly well suited to keep the waste removal departments of the body well-functioning.
Yoga-Nidra (sleeping therapy)
Yoga Nidra is ancient tantric methods that open a new capacity of mind; Yoga –Nidra may be
rendered in English as "yoga sleep". It is a sleep-like state that occurs with some practice of
meditation, and is a state of conscious deep sleep.
During the practice of Yoga Nidra, one appears to be asleep, but the consciousness is functioning at
the deeper level of awareness. It is sleep with a trace of deep awareness; it is a state of mind in
between wakefulness and dream. Normally when we sleep, we loose track of our self and cannot
utilize this capacity of mind. Yoga Nidra enables the person to be conscious in this state and nurture
the seed of great willpower, inspire the higher self, and enjoy the vitality of life.
Pranayama (Breathing technique)
Balanced and controlled breathing techniques positively influence the flow of energy channels;
purifying, regulating and activating them and your mental stability.
The discipline of meditation is developed through experience and has three functions: cognition;
conation; and motion. Meditation is considered as the art and science of mental discipline through
which the mind becomes cultured and mature.
This practice involves clearing thoughts to horn in deeply on the seven different energy points in the
human aura the energy field. Chakra meditation gives mental, emotional, spiritual benefits. The
meditation clears the blockage in the aura. The blockages will make an unbalance of the energy flow, physical and emotion problems.
This one–on–one session is devoted to manual stretching and relaxation. It helps eliminate any
tightness in your body and improves your overall flexibility.
