Consisting ofthree appetizing categories, the Flavours Loyalty Programme**is a tiered membershipopen to all, beginning with registration as a ‘Honey’ cardholder.Members can upgrade to ‘Saffron’ after accumulating 1500 points and to the premium ‘Caviar’ category with another2500 points.

We know that people in the UAE love to eat out regularly and are willing to be experimental with their culinary choices. However, we have identified that guests tend to privilege the quality of their restaurant experience over the thrill of the new andreturn to our dining venues because of the balance we strike between diverse menusandwarm, welcoming hospitality. Our ‘Flavours’ programme is designed to reward thesecustomers, making their favourite hobby of dining out that little bit sweeter.”
With a line-up of five eclectic outlets in its F&B portfolio – including award-winning steakhouse The Foundry and Kahraman, the hotel’s Middle Eastern restaurant whose kitchen is home to the ‘Best Arabic Chef’ award winner at the regional Emirates Salon Culinaire at Gulfood 2015 – the launch of the loyalty programme comes at a time when Abu Dhabi is firmly establishing its position as the region’s newest food capital.
Members can look forward to collecting additional points when enjoying Southern Sun Abu Dhabi’s special culinary activities running throughout the year, including The Foundry’s Steak & Jazz Brunch, which has earned a reputation as a top Friday afternoon destination for food lovers in the UAE, and Sushi Classes at Kahraman. Guests can enjoy double points at Ladies Night every Tuesday at Balcon Lounge & Terrace and when enjoying Afternoon High Tea at Filaments lobby lounge.
Caviar cardholders will have the luxury of priority booking, exclusive invitation to events, early bird offers and complimentary cake, bubbly or soft drinks on their birthdays. Saffron cardholders will also have the convenience of priority booking, and a complimentary cake and house grapes or soft beverages
on their birthdays. Honey cardholders will be offered a complimentary cake on their birthdays. Points can also be exchanged for accommodation privileges which must include a Thursday, Friday or Saturday night.***
As part of the programme, Caviar cardholders will collect 2 reward points, Saffron card holders will receive 1.5 reward points and Honey cardholders will accumulate 1 reward point for every AED 10 spent at any of the hotel’s five dining venues.
