The St. Regis Doha, W Doha and Sheraton Doha to Offer SPG Members Exclusive Benefits for Ramadan and Summer
DOHA, Qatar - July 7, 2013 – Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®), the award-winning loyalty programme from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) announced its new “Triple Benefits” programme for members. For three months, starting from 1 July, 2013, SPG members will enjoy three exclusive benefits whenever they dine at one of 650 participating restaurants in Starwood hotels and resorts around the globe. Starwood’s properties in Qatar – Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel, The St. Regis Doha and W Doha Hotel & Residences – will be participating with discount offers and exclusive benefits across seven restaurants in the country.
Each participating venue will offer three food and beverage benefits, including a 10-30% discount, during the three-month period. Starwood’s properties in Qatar will also offer extra benefits such as free meals for kids under six and 50% savings for kids under 12, additional Starpoints to members who dine with three or more guests, a free entrée after the purchase of three and further discounts on future meals at the hotels.

Sheraton Doha Resort & Convention Hotel
Sheraton Doha will kick off the campaign with two participating outlets for the Holy month of Ramadan, Al Hubara, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant serving a variety of international cuisine and La Veranda, offering Italian comfort food and magnificent ocean views of the picturesque Doha Skyline.
Following Ramadan, the hotel will also offer the benefits in one of Doha’s finest five-star Lebanese restaurants, Al Shaheen. The restaurant is known to host some of the best VIP dining experiences in the country and boasts the best panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
The St. Regis Doha
The St. Regis Doha will participate in the programme with its speciality restaurant, Opal by Gordon Ramsay. The contemporary a-la-mode restaurant, which offers everything that defines the Gordon Ramsey experience, will offer SPG members benefits throughout the month of Ramadan
Vine, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, will participate in the programme post-Ramadan offering a welcoming space where guests can enjoy a tranquil setting whilst enjoying specialties that are savoured all over the world.
W Doha Hotel & Residences
Qatar’s first lifestyle hotel, W Doha will be running the programme across three of its outlets throughout summer. Participating outlets at the hotel include Spice Market, the signature restaurant by three Michelin-starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, inspired by the vibrant street life of South East Asia and W Café which offers light all-day dining, pastries and mouth-watering cupcakes.
The programme will also include W Doha’s latest addition La Spiga, which will open this summer and bring the legendary Italian cuisine from Paper Moon Milan to Qatar.
